For this reason, we will do all that for you for free!Our trained technical team members will transfer your web site content from your current web hosting provider to us. Our techs have extensive experience with website migration and can handle anything – from a normal WordPress–based weblog or Joomla^™ CMS–based website, to a very complex, custom–built web app.

A: There are lots of factors to consider – the total number of web files, the size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the present workload of our website migration experts, etc. Yet, we do our best to implement all web site migrations within a 48–hour period. Smaller–sized websites are transferred faster – usually in less than 24 hours.

A: We don’t collect any private info. We’ll require, however, the login information for your old web hosting account as well as the name of the website that you’d like to move.

A: Before we can begin the migration of your account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share essentially the same details you have given to your previous web hosting provider. We also have an extremely rigorous Privacy Policy, which specifies how delicate info is handled.

A: Nah. Your site will remain visible online during the migration. As soon as everything is done on our end, we’ll inform you so that you can preview it and check for problems. If everything is OK, all you will have to do is modify your domain’s DNS resource records.

A: No. Apart from your login info for the Control Panel, we will not require anything. We will never get in touch with your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

A: We support all Linux–based hosting platforms. In essence, if we can receive access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source site building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
